Here at Hillcrest we believe consistency is key to a good and long relationship with our clients. That is why if you choose to join us you would be appointed a dedicated estate manager who will be solely responsible for the day to day running of the property. Alongside them would be a dedicated accounts manager, maintenance co-ordinator and legal secretary.

All our estate managers are Associates, Members or Fellows of the IRPM and regularly attend industry seminars and residential property legal briefings, to keep abreast of all aspects of block management.

Hillcrest Estate Management is a member of the professional body of ARMA (Association of Residential Managing Agents) and the FSA (Financial Services Authority) and operates with methods approved by the RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) and the IRPM (Institute of Residential Property Managers).
