Requirements - to fulfill the obligations of the lease and to maintain the security and protection of the property as a whole we will arrange and monitor the acquisition of a suitable building insurance policy.

Claim handling - we are only too aware of the frustration often felt when trying to resolve a claim through a third party. That’s why, if you need to make a claim we administer the paper work and deal directly with the insurer and the loss adjusters to ensure a swift resolution and satisfactory settlement.
