Requirements

Claim handling
We are only too aware of the frustration often felt when trying to resolve a claim through a third party. That is why, if you need to make a claim we administer all of the paper work and deal directly with the insurer and the loss adjusters to ensure a swift resolution and satisfactory settlement.

Directors & officers liability
As part of our continuing focus on client protection and peace of mind we recommend that all Directors of property within our portfolio consider a Directors and Officers liability policy. In effect, this cover is designed to safeguard the Directors from any personal liability through decisions they have made. Along with providing concise information about this type of insurance, we will also source excellent rates for cover.

Engineering
There is also cover available to provide an inspection service and insurance protection. The inspection service complies with statutory legislative requirements and is a fee based service carried out by a competent person.

Insurance only service
We also offer an insurance only service whereby you might be self-managing your block and wish to continue to do so but would like to obtain cheaper buildings insurance. We are confident that we can obtain you a better price for your cover once it is placed under our blanket policy. We would then also deal with and administer any claims made.
