Claire joined Hillcrest in July 2018 to oversee the London and Essex portfolio; she has since taken on new clients, as well as nurturing our existing clients, and now manages a small team for the area. Passionate about property management, she has previously been a Finalist in the ARMA ACE awards for “Property Woman of the Year”, as well as being Highly Commended in the News on Block’s “Young Property Manager of the Year” category. Since working for Hillcrest she has also been listed in Flat Living’s ‘Property Management 50” as a ‘Rising Star’ in the industry.

Claire enjoys learning and developing her knowledge. In 2017 she enrolled herself with the University College of Estate Management to study for a Master’s Degree in Building Surveying, graduating in 2019 with a 1st class award.

Claire enjoys the challenges of day to day property management and can often be found bargaining with contractors to get her clients the best value for money without compromising quality.

In her spare time Claire loves to travel, read and spend quality time with her family.
