Debi Rowson

Project Manager

Debi joined Hillcrest in 2017 and works as an Project Estate Manager at Hillcrest looking after a portfolio of property mainly in Bristol and Bath. She previously worked in marketing, running large communications projects for a financial services company, so is used to hitting deadlines and working within budgets. She moved into property management in 2014 and has successfully managed a variety of residential blocks ranging from new build estates to grade1 listed townhouses. She likes to get involved in the detail, whether it’s planning projects, building construction or nailing down the finances.

Debi’s real interests are studying the Farrow & Ball paint chart and planning her next house project, but if you ask her they will be travel, food and her children.
