With a background predominantly in financial services since graduation, Grant joined Hillcrest in September 2009 as one of three Property Managers looking after the Bristol portfolio. During that time he has seen Hillcrest grow from this to a team of eight Property Managers, seven Accounts team staff, one Health & Safety Surveyor/Property Manager, three Maintenance tier staff and an Office Manager. As this suggests, things are always changing in the world of property management and that makes for an engaging and challenging environment across a wide range of property from Listed Buildings and smaller converted properties to larger purpose built developments.

When out of the office, Grant very much enjoys a return to his home town in North Cornwall and hitting the beach and the waves with family and friends, otherwise its doing-up an old property in the country just outside Bristol.
